Techno-functional resource with 3 to 4 years of experience of working on OTM Cloud with knowledge on

Logistics business process
Order Management
Shipment Management
Carrier Management
Finance Settlement-Invoice/Voucher generation
OTM automation agent workflows
Screen-sets
Manager layout
Roles/Menu
Integration, external systems, Out XML profiles
Basis understanding of middleware technologies
Able to set-up recurring processes
PL-SQL, should be able to write SQL queries
BI report – Should be able to modify query template & format template
De-bugging skills required for performing RCA
Knowledge on Open Processes/Even queues monitoring
Basis understanding on GTM module
EDI connectivity for carriers & various transmission messages
