Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:- Manage large, complex technology programs involving multiple teams.- Oversee Agile delivery processes and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.- Facilitate stakeholder management and maintain effective executive communication.- Implement RAID management, dependency tracking, roadmap planning, release management, and delivery metrics.

Required Skills:- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Agile Delivery.- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, microservices, cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.- Strong experience with RAID management, dependency tracking, roadmap planning, release management, and delivery metrics.- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.- Strong problem-solving, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Preferred

Qualifications:- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification.- Experience in banking, payments, financial services, or large enterprise environments.- Experience driving Agile transformation or Agile maturity initiatives.- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
