RPA Solution Lead

**Job Title: RPA Solution Lead** **Location:** Houston, TX (3-4 days onsite) **Mandatory Skills (Must Have):** **Advanced UiPath Development & Solution Delivery** - Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath. - Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities. - Convert business into scalable technical designs and solution architecture documents. - Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes. - Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities. **Integration & Enterprise Development** - Strong development experience in C#, VB.NET,.NET Framework, and SQL. - Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, queues, and databases. - Experience working with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire, Duck Creek, SharePoint, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms. - Experience implementing secure credential management and enterprise security controls. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment processes. **Insurance Domain & Business Process Automation** - Experience automating insurance business processes. - Understanding of Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premium Processing, and Broker Operations. **Additional Skills** - Strong programming experience in C#, VB.NET,.NET Framework. - Experience with UiPath growth products like IXP, DU, Action Centre. - Familiarity with UiPath Process Mining, Test Automation, Agent Builder, Maestro. - Experience with SQL Server and relational databases. - Working knowledge of REST APIs and integration architecture. - Experience with version control tools and CI/CD processes. - Knowledge of infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, and high availability environments. **Preferred Skills (Good to Have):** - UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory). - UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification. - Familiarity with other RPA tools is an advantage (but not a must). - Experience in finance processes, P2P, Q2C, R2R.
