Job Title: Digital Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager with strong B2B experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize product performance, and deliver scalable digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for B2B digital platforms.

  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, UX, and Marketing to translate business needs into product requirements.

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product enhancements.

  • Ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities across internal systems and customer-facing channels.

  • Manage backlog, user stories, and release planning with Agile delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B digital products.

  • Strong understanding of B2B workflows, customer journeys, and digital platforms.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
