**Job Title:** Salesforce Solution Architect **Location:** Remote **Job Description:** We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to drive the development and implementation of our Salesforce platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our ESaaS platform, ensuring its success and growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions and enhancing our client's experience. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, including Apex code, triggers, and LWC (if applicable). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability by implementing best practices and conducting code reviews. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce implementation and integration. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, and recommend improvements. - Document and maintain technical specifications and system designs. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed. - Work closely with the project manager to estimate efforts, manage timelines, and deliver projects on time. - Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity. **Qualifications:** - 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex & Triggers. - Proven expertise in designing and developing Salesforce solutions, preferably with LWC experience. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. - A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for technology and innovation. - Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) is preferred. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks is an advantage. - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A track record of successful Salesforce implementations and a portfolio of work is desirable. - Willingness to stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
