Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the Director of Product Management in delivering regulatory-compliant digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking platforms, products, and operating models, along with expertise in risk, compliance, and regulatory controls within the digital banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute product and regulatory roadmap aligned with overall platform strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, risk, marketing) to assess processes, risks, and controls

• Analyze regulatory changes, identify gaps, and document actionable insights

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into well-defined capabilities, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria

• Manage and prioritize product backlog, balancing business needs and technical constraints

• Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges; proactively drive mitigation strategies

• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and resolve product-related issues and blockers

• Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation and control assessments

• Support regulatory inquiries and audits by providing necessary documentation and insights

• Drive Agile practices and act as a transformation champion within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Delivery

• Strong domain expertise in financial services / digital banking

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit processes

• Proven ability to integrate compliance requirements into product, technology, and operations

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical & Functional Skills

• Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL with experience writing complex queries

• Strong understanding of data concepts, databases, and data pipelines

• Knowledge of API integrations and data exchange mechanisms

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JSON, XML, Python)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and business units

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large financial institutions or global banking ecosystems

• Hands-on experience supporting audit readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Experience launching products in collaboration with engineering teams using Agile methodologies
