CAPPS Payroll Analyst

**Job Title: CAPPS Payroll Analyst** **Location:** Remote **Job Description:** We are seeking a CAPPS Payroll Analyst to provide highly advanced senior-level consultative services and functional assistance to support the CAPPS Program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a functional subject matter expert for the CAPPS HR/PY Payroll module within PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll. - Deliver day-to-day support and resolve payroll issues. - Own and maintain payroll configurations and support the full payroll cycle, including pay calendars, paysheets, payroll calculation, confirmation, and post-confirmation auditing. - Collaborate with Time & Labor and Human Resources teams to ensure end-to-end process accuracy. - Support audits and executive reporting. **Qualifications:** - Extensive knowledge of State of Texas applicable policies and federal labor laws. - Experience with system configuration changes. - Technical skillsets with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, and security best practices. ** :** - US Citizenship.
