Active Directory Migration Specialist

**Job Openings** We are seeking qualified candidates for the following roles, with an expected start date of October 1, 2026. All candidates must be able to complete background verification checks before onboarding. **1. Active Directory Migration Specialist (1 Position)** **Responsibilities:** - Execute the migration of users, groups, devices, servers, and applications into the AD forest, including object remapping, SID history, and application re-pointing. **Must Have:** - 7+ years of Active Directory engineering experience, with 2+ completed cross-forest migrations at 5,000+ users. - Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand / Migration Manager for AD, ADMT, or equivalent tooling. - Experience in workstation and server domain migration at scale, including SID history and profile translation. - Knowledge of Group Policy consolidation, conflict analysis, and remediation. - Experience with file share, print, and application ACL re-permissioning. - Familiarity with hybrid identity — Entra Connect / Cloud Sync, and the impact of AD migration on M365 tenant objects. - Proficiency in PowerShell automation for bulk object migration and validation reporting. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with Exchange/M365 tenant-to-tenant coordination, Intune/SCCM co-management, DFS-N migration. --- **2. AD Identity Separation Lead (1 Position)** **Responsibilities:** - Lead the separation of identity from its legacy environment and ensure a clean landing in the new environment, focusing on strategy, sequencing, and governance. **Must Have:** - 10+ years in identity and access management, including at least one full carve-out or TSA-exit identity separation. - Experience in identity separation strategy end-to-end: forest trust design, trust teardown, and coexistence period planning. - Strong knowledge of Entra ID: tenant strategy, conditional access, app registrations, federation, and SSO re-pointing. - Ability to coordinate across network, M365, security, and application teams. - Experience in documenting cutover, contingency, and TSA-exit criteria. **Nice to Have:** - Experience with privileged access (CyberArk, Delinea), identity governance (SailPoint, Saviynt), and healthcare regulatory context (HIPAA). --- **3. M&A UC Integration Engineer (1 Position)** **Responsibilities:** - Plan, design, implement, and support M365 migrations related to business acquisitions and divestitures. - Oversee vendor resources for migration activities and ensure appropriate testing before production moves. **Must Have:** - 5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure design. - Experience resolving Microsoft 365 support tickets and using ServiceNow. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation related to migrations. - Experience managing multiple migration efforts simultaneously. **Preferred Certifications:** - Microsoft IT Certifications, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cloud Infrastructure Certification (e.g., Azure Solution Architect Expert). --- **4. Market Integration Specialist (1 Position)** **Responsibilities:** - Support the analysis and integration of mergers and acquisitions within the Managed Services Organization. - Assist with evaluations of technology, operations, and compliance to identify risks and integration considerations. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Infrastructure Engineer. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and experience supporting automation initiatives. --- **5. Network Engineer — Integration (3 Positions)** **Responsibilities:** - Migrate individual practices and offices onto the enterprise network, including site-by-site connectivity and firewall standup. **Must Have:** - 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including multi-site rollout or M&A integration across 50+ locations. - Experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and SD-WAN. - Knowledge of branch routing fundamentals (BGP, OSPF) and IP address space overlap remediation. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in healthcare or physician-practice network environments. --- **6. Private Hosting Solution Architect (1 Position)** **Responsibilities:** - Provide architectural guidance for the integration and onboarding of application workloads into hosting platforms. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience in multiple IT areas with at least 2-4 years of relevant domain experience. --- **7. Workload Placement Engineer (1 Position)** **Responsibilities:** - Support enterprise workload placement, migration, and overall cloud adoption. - Conduct workload discovery and assessment activities across application portfolios. **Must Have:** - 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 3+ years in cloud migration or application assessment. - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Microsoft Azure certifications and experience with cloud migrations. --- **Work Environment:** The work environment is generally quiet, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. **Physical :** Sedentary physical activity reaching, lifting, and the ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
