Program Management II

Responsibilities:- Analyze and identify banking and payments trends, bottlenecks, resource constraints, risks, and trade-offs and translate them into actionable leadership recommendations.- Build, automate, and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and executive reporting that connect product outcomes to targets and provide visibility into portfolio health, progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and KPIs.- Leverage approved AI capabilities to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, develop executive narratives, and advance predictive analytics and forecasting while ensuring appropriate verification, human review, and governance.- Facilitate portfolio governance, gating and readiness reviews, dependency management, milestone alignment, and release planning across internal teams and external vendor partners, ensuring decisions, approvals, risks, dependencies, and quality criteria are clearly documented and addressed.- Drive collaboration across product, engineering, business teams, and external partners; consolidate and validate portfolio information, resolve conflicts, and deliver clear executive communications that increase transparency and alignment.- Develop templates, playbooks and best practices, and repeatable tools while continuously improving portfolio workflows through automation and streamlined reporting and governance.

Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, portfolio management, PMO operations, or strategic delivery, ideally within technology or financial services.- Proven record of managing large, complex initiatives and coordinating across multiple partners, stakeholders, products, and engineering teams.- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, planning, prioritization, dependency management, release readiness, and delivery frameworks (Agile/SDLC).- Demonstrated proficiency with Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, KPI visualization, data storytelling, and executive-ready reporting.- Working knowledge of AI-assisted productivity/analysis workflows.- Experience coordinating releases and managing dependencies with external banking or technology partners.- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams across a global organization.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to data quality and the ability to develop metrics that drive decisions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex portfolio, technical, and analytical concepts clearly to executive and working-level audiences.- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience or knowledge in Payments and Banking preferred.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field required; Master's or MBA preferred. Preferred AI & Analytics Capabilities:- Ability to frame business questions for analytics and AI tools, interpret outputs, challenge assumptions, and communicate limitations and confidence appropriately.- Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset around AI, business intelligence, automation, and modern portfolio management practices.
