Job Title: QA Engineer- Performance & Load Testing

Job Description: Our squad for a high-scale, event-driven transactional platform. We are seeking top-tier Senior Performance & Load Testing Specialists—not generalists—who possess deep technical expertise in performance engineering. In this role, you will design, execute, and analyze complex distributed load scenarios across high-throughput financial systems, identifying critical system bottlenecks before they impact production.

Responsibilities:- Design, execute, and analyze complex distributed load scenarios.- Identify critical system bottlenecks in high-throughput financial systems.

Required Skills:- Expert Performance Testing: Proven track record in load, stress, and endurance testing for high-volume, event-driven platforms.- Hands-on experience designing scenarios for both synchronous (HTTP/API) and asynchronous/real-time (WebSocket/Event-driven) traffic.- Proficiency with developer-centric performance tools such as k6, Locust, or Gatling.- Strong experience using telemetry tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog) to correlate test results with system health metrics.- Deep understanding of latency percentiles, resource utilization, and error rate diagnostics. Preferred Skills:- Experience in high-scale Financial Services, Fintech, or payment processing environments.- Hands-on experience integrating performance gates into modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).- Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Familiarity with database profiling and tuning (SQL/NoSQL) under heavy transactional workloads.
