Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of an AI-powered Enterprise Knowledge Base (KB) Chatbot. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to build intelligent conversational experiences that improve knowledge discovery, employee productivity, and customer support.

This role requires a strong product mindset, experience with AI/Generative AI solutions, and the ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities while delivering scalable enterprise products.
