Required qualifications

• Ability to manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets
• Experience with backup and recovery processes

Preferred qualifications

• Certifications such as MCSE or RHCE
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure systems
• Experience with performance monitoring tools
