Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or related roles
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
• Experience in risk reporting and governance
• Familiarity with AWS services and contact center solutions
• Experience in healthcare project management
• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar financial systems
• Knowledge of Varicent compensation application
• Experience in change management for enterprise systems
• Familiarity with community health initiatives
