Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Project Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and manage large-scale Agile programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience coordinating multiple teams in a SAFe environment.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Agile environments
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a program-level Agile leadership role
SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe RTE or SAFe Agilist) is required
Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, managing multiple Agile teams
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with SAFe methodology
Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex Agile programs and drive delivery
