Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Custom GPT solutions to lead the development of next-generation AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience defining, building, and deploying AI agents and customized GPT-based applications aligned with business use cases.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Agentic AI and GPT-based solutions.
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
Lead the development of custom GPTs, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and development teams to deliver scalable AI products.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Ensure proper integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and user adoption for AI solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility.
Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and ethical standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Product Owner in AI/ML or data-driven product environments.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and architectures.
Experience in building and managing Custom GPTs / LLM-based applications.
Strong understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
