Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable HCM Integrations Engineer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support our Human Capital Management systems. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications using OIC.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy and timely transfers.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and best practices for future reference.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and compliance with business needs.
  • Stay updated on OIC enhancements and industry trends to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
