Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate will be aggressive, result-driven, and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires passion, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle. - Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and networking. - Screen and interview candidates based on technical requirements. - Manage W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements. - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups. - Negotiate pay rates and finalize offers. - Maintain candidate pipelines and databases. - Collaborate with account managers to close positions efficiently. - Meet daily and weekly submission and closure targets. - Ensure documentation and compliance.
Required Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. - Proven experience working on US client requirements. - Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles. - Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required). - Strong negotiation and coordination abilities. - Target-oriented and proactive recruitment approach. - High commitment levels and strong work ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for Virginia-based or East Coast clients. - Experience using ATS tools.
