Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or related roles
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar systems
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions
- Experience in risk reporting and governance
- Familiarity with AWS services and contact center solutions
- Experience in healthcare project management
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar financial systems
- Knowledge of Varicent compensation application
- Experience in change management for enterprise systems
- Familiarity with community health initiatives
