Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Technical SME / Architect with broad and deepknowledge across enterprise infrastructure technologies. This role will serve as a central technicalauthority and escalation point for multiple infrastructure teams, providing architecture guidance,technical direction, troubleshooting support, and cross-functional coordination.This is a cross-domain technical SME role, rather than a role focused on day-to-day administration of asingle technology. The SME will help technical teams understand complex issues, determine the righttroubleshooting approach, identify dependencies, bring in the appropriate specialists, and drive issuesthrough to resolution.Experience & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, architecture, engineering, or technicalleadership roles. Strong experience across multiple infrastructure technology domains. Proven experience acting as a technical SME, infrastructure architect, escalation engineer, orsenior technical lead. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex, cross-domain infrastructure issues. Experience leading technical teams during major incidents and complex infrastructuremigrations. Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture and technology dependencies. Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
