Required Skills:

3-5 years of professional experience leading enterprise-scale data conversion or data migration initiatives.Demonstrated experience owning or leading data conversion activities through the full project lifecycle.Prior experience supporting State or Government programs/projects is required.Child Welfare experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting CWIS/CCWIS or other child welfare case management systems.Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, validation, and reconciliation.Experience developing and executing source-to-target mapping and data conversion strategies.Experience leading multiple conversion cycles and resolving complex data-quality and migration issues.Ability to work across technical, functional, business, and executive stakeholder groups.Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
