Warehouse Systems Lead

**Job Title: Warehouse Systems Lead** **Location: Remote (EST)** **Duration: 6+ months** **Position Summary** The Warehouse Systems Lead will oversee warehouse technology platforms, including RF-Smart, POS systems, printer networks, and warehouse operations applications to support efficient inventory and fulfillment processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead support and optimization of warehouse technology landscape. - Manage RF-Smart implementation, configuration, and support. - Oversee POS systems and warehouse device integrations. - Support printer network administration and troubleshooting. - Partner with operations teams to improve warehouse processes. - Monitor warehouse system performance and availability. - Coordinate testing and deployment of warehouse enhancements. - Support inventory accuracy and fulfillment initiatives. - Manage third-party vendors and technology partners. ** Qualifications** - 5+ years of warehouse systems or WMS experience. - Hands-on experience with RF-Smart and warehouse operations. - Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes. - Experience supporting barcode scanners, handheld devices, and printer networks. - Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience integrating WMS with NetSuite ERP. - Experience working in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
