Job Title: Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Application Managed Services (AMS) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects. The ideal candidate will be ITIL certified and proficient in incident management processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS modules.

  • Triage, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to manage AMS operations.

  • Utilize incident management tools for ticket tracking and reporting.

  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS techno-functional roles.

  • Strong exposure to AMS environments and support projects.

  • ITIL certified with practical application of incident, problem, and change management.

  • Proficiency in using incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
