## Responsibilities

- Generate new business for OmegaHires by identifying and acquiring US technology staffing clients.- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across target industries, accounts, and geographic markets.- Prospect through calls, emails, referrals, networking, social selling, industry events, and other outbound channels.- Engage hiring managers, technology leaders, talent-acquisition teams, procurement professionals, and MSP/VMS stakeholders.- Secure discovery meetings, qualify staffing opportunities, and develop solutions based on clients’ hiring needs.- Own new-client revenue, gross-margin, pipeline, meeting, and account-acquisition targets.- Develop account-entry strategies and establish relationships with multiple decision-makers within target organizations.- Present OmegaHires’ technology staffing capabilities, talent network, delivery approach, and value proposition.- Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, negotiate rates and commercial terms, and support the execution of staffing agreements.- Convert new clients into active accounts by securing job requisitions and coordinating a successful transition to the recruiting and delivery teams.- Gather complete staffing requirements, including technical skills, experience, rates, timelines, and hiring priorities.- Partner with recruiters to ensure timely submissions and strong delivery on initial requisitions.- Maintain ownership of client relationships during the early stages of each new account.- Monitor early delivery performance, resolve client concerns, and identify opportunities to expand into additional teams or skill categories.- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, forecasts, and account information in the CRM.- Track market activity, hiring trends, competitors, and prospective-client needs.- Provide regular reports on pipeline health, opportunities, expected closures, revenue, and gross margin.

## Required Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in the US staffing industry, with a strong focus on technology staffing.- Proven success in new-business development, staffing sales, or client acquisition.- Demonstrated ability to prospect, secure meetings, develop opportunities, and convert prospects into active staffing clients.- Consistent record of achieving new-client revenue, gross-margin, or sales targets.- Strong network or demonstrated ability to build relationships with US hiring managers, technology leaders, talent-acquisition teams, procurement professionals, and other staffing decision-makers.- Hands-on understanding of the US technology recruiting and staffing-delivery lifecycle.- Ability to discuss technology roles, skill sets, hiring challenges, market rates, and talent availability credibly with clients.- Experience selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing services.- Experience developing proposals, negotiating staffing rates and margins, and supporting contract discussions.- Ability to work closely with recruiting teams to convert newly acquired clients into successful, revenue-producing accounts.- Experience using CRM, ATS, sales-prospecting, and lead-generation platforms.- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.- Self-directed and comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.- Résumé must clearly demonstrate personal ownership of new-client acquisition and measurable staffing sales results.
