**Job Title: CAPPS Functional Consultant** **Location:** Austin, Texas **Job Description:** We are seeking a CAPPS Functional Consultant to provide highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance to support the CAPPS Program. The successful candidate will: - Act as first-line Level 2 support for complex, high-profile agencies with statutory service. - Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve issues across system configuration, data inconsistencies, workflows, and module-specific problems. - Support integration and interface investigations, including interfaces, APIs, imports/exports, and middleware issues. **Qualifications:** - Extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable policies in the State of Texas. - Technical skillsets with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, and SAP Business Objects. - Experience performing system configuration changes and supporting batch jobs. - Knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance. ** :** - US Citizenship.
