Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, Terraform, Okta, and DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing secure cloud infrastructure, implementing automation through Infrastructure as Code, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.

• Provision and manage cloud resources using Terraform with a focus on security and compliance.

• Manage core AWS services including EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, and Lambda.

Identity & Access Management

• Administer and manage Okta or similar SSO/IAM platforms in complex multi-application environments.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML protocols.

API & Integration Management

• Design and manage API gateways and API management platforms such as Kong or AWS API Gateway.

• Implement secure API access controls and monitoring.

CI/CD & DevSecOps

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Integrate security controls and DevSecOps practices into automated pipelines.

• Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

Security & Secrets Management

• Implement secure secrets management solutions using HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or AWS SSM.

• Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, including networking security, firewall policies, and access controls.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Security Engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Deep expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and compliance.

• Experience managing Okta or similar identity platforms.

• Experience with API management platforms such as Kong or AWS API Gateway.

• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML authentication frameworks.

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.

• Strong understanding of cloud networking, firewalls, and security controls.

• Experience with secrets management tools such as Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or SSM.
