We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to support Agile delivery for various organizations. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members on Agile principles, and manage impediments to ensure successful sprint execution. Your expertise will help teams improve their processes and deliver high-quality results. This position is fully remote, providing flexibility in your work environment.

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices

Ability to coach teams on Agile methodologies

Preferred qualifications

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
Experience in the financial services or technology sectors
Familiarity with scaling Agile frameworks
