Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development roles
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java

• Deep expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Experience designing and deploying AI applications using LLMs and agent frameworks
• Strong knowledge of data ingestion, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with OpenShift and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with AI observability and monitoring tools
• Experience in financial services or automation of operational workflows
