Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer to enhance our Human Capital Management systems. In this role, you will configure and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system solutions and ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
  • Work with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide user support and training, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Stay informed on Oracle HCM updates and best practices to recommend system enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Proven experience with HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
