ServiceNow Developer

**Job Title: ServiceNow Developer** We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless ITSM solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions. **Responsibilities:** - Responsible for the timely delivery of development projects and may be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation. - Provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases. - Undertake regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards, providing coaching and mentoring on design and coding techniques to engineers in the scrum team. - Assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation. - Provide consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their to success. - Participate as part of a scrum team applying agile principles and tools including Jira. **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience. - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow configurations (business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs), Flow Designer, and application development. - Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON). - BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). **Preferred:** - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). - Conceptual architecture knowledge. - Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus, not mandatory.
