Management Consulting Contractor – Transformation Communications & Deck Production

Role Overview

• We are seeking a high-performing contractor with a background in management consulting (Big 4 or MBB preferred)to support a large-scale tooling transformation. This individual will play a critical role in executive-ready deck production and transformation communications, translating complex technical and operational concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior and broad stakeholder audiences. Needs experience in 
• Develop high-quality, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint) to support a large-scale tooling and technology transformation
• Craft and refine written communications related to the transformation, including leadership updates, announcements, status communications, and key messaging
• Shape and maintain a clear transformation narrative (vision, roadmap, progress, and impacts) across both decks and written communications
• Partner closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to synthesize inputs into concise, well-structured materials
• Support leadership and program communications, ensuring consistency of message and tone across audiences
• Manage and maintain distribution lists for transformation communications, ensuring the right stakeholders receive timely and relevant updates
• Coordinate communication cadence and ensure materials are distributed accurately and on schedule
• Apply consulting-style problem structuring and storytelling to ambiguous, fast-moving initiatives
