Job Title: Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant
Location: Brea, CA (3–4 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Manufacturing and Distribution modules, along with hands-on experience in requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Business and IT teams for requirement gathering and functional specifications
• Prepare and maintain documentation aligned with Oracle EBS R12 and business requirements
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform unit, integration, regression testing, and provide UAT support
• Work on functional design, field mapping, and integration touchpoints
• Translate business requirements into technical design and functional specifications
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Work with Oracle Support for SR tracking and resolution
• Support month-end closing activities and business-critical processes
• Provide user consultation to maximize system efficiency
• Work in a multi-team, onshore-offshore model environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional (Manufacturing & Distribution)
• Strong expertise in modules such as:
  • Purchasing / iProcurement
  • Inventory
  • BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • WIP (Work in Progress)
  • MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • Shipping & Distribution
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Inventory Costing
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules
• Knowledge of OU Intercompany setup
• Experience in functional testing of customizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries and Oracle EBS tables
• Exposure to Finance modules
• Experience with scheduling tools
• Oracle certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech/BS) or Master’s degree (M.Com or related field)
• Relevant experience in Oracle Manufacturing Functional consulting
