**Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant / Senior Consultant – FCCS & Financial Reporting** **Experience:** 5–12 Years **Location:** Flexible / Hybrid / Onsite as per project **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Oracle Financial Reporting. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions focused on financial consolidation, close management, statutory reporting, management reporting, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of financial consolidation processes along with hands-on technical expertise in FCCS configurations, business rules, data integrations, reports, Smart View, and financial statement generation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and participate in Oracle FCCS implementation, enhancement, and support projects. - Configure FCCS dimensions, metadata, security, data forms, and business rules. - Manage consolidation processes, ownership management, and close activities. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. - Design and develop consolidated financial statements, balance sheet reports, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, management dashboards, and regulatory compliance reports. - Develop reports using Oracle Financial Reporting (FR), Narrative Reporting (NR), and Smart View. - Work closely with Finance and FP&A teams to translate reporting into EPM solutions. - Configure Data Management/Data Integration processes and implement file-based and ERP integrations. - Validate data loads and reconciliation processes, troubleshoot data load failures and consolidation issues. - Support EPM Automate scripting and process automation initiatives. - Conduct gathering workshops and prepare functional and technical design documents. - Perform gap analysis and recommend Oracle EPM best practices. - Prepare SIT/UAT test scenarios and scripts, execute testing and defect resolution, and support deployment and post-production stabilization. - Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer. ** Skills:** - Oracle EPM - Oracle FCCS - Financial Reporting - Smart View - Narrative Reporting - Data Management / Data Integration - EPM Automate - Financial Domain Knowledge - Financial Consolidation & Close - Group Reporting - Multi-Currency Consolidation - Intercompany Eliminations - Cash Flow Reporting - Financial Statement Preparation - Month-End Close Processes - IFRS / US GAAP / Ind AS Reporting Concepts **Technical Skills:** - Business Rules - Calc Scripts - Metadata Management - Security Configuration - Data Loading & Validation - Financial Report Development **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules: EPBCS / Planning, ARCS, EDMCS, TRCS - Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion integration experience - Experience with Hyperion HFM migrations to FCCS - EPM Cloud implementation lifecycle exposure - Certification in Oracle EPM Cloud preferred **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline - CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred - 5–12 years of Oracle EPM experience - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on FCCS experience - Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end FCCS implementations or large AMS engagements **Nice-to-Have Responsibilities for Lead Role:** - Lead a team of FCCS consultants and developers - Conduct solution architecture reviews - Drive application optimization initiatives - Support pre-sales, estimations, and proposal preparation - Mentor junior consultants and establish best practices
