Job Description:
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities for expansion, new markets, and customer needs. This includes competitor analysis, customer surveys, and trend monitoring.
  • Developing marketing and business development strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and defining positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Lead the management of partnering activities, including developing teaming agreements, scopes of work, NDAs, and working with partners on timely submission of technical and institutional proposals per the bid and organizational requirements.
  • Implementing lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and clients. Actively involved in generating leads, applying to RFPs and RFIs, along with the support of management and other team members.
  • Support with drafting proposal sections, including staff bios, organizational overviews, Diversity Plan, partnering requirements and institutional past performance.
  • This includes creating sales collateral, presentations, and providing market insights to help the sales team effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. This includes understanding their needs, connecting with prospects clients positioning companies proposition in a value way and trying schedule meeting into business and addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating your team members to achieve their goals and deliver results. This involves providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
  • The role of Makreting and Sales Manager will convert into target driven after completing 3 months of business.
