Job Title: Lead Windchill Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Windchill Developer / PLM Consultant with strong expertise in PTC Windchill, PLM, and Java. This role requires hands-on technical leadership along with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams in PLM/Windchill implementations
• Participate in all project phases: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Install and configure PLM applications and supporting tools
• Develop and maintain solutions using Java and enterprise APIs
• Customize and configure PTC Windchill based on complex business requirements
• Work closely with clients across automotive, defense, and manufacturing industries
• Ensure best practices, coding standards, and project efficiency
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Document technical designs, processes, and lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working as a Lead Windchill Developer / PLM Consultant
• Strong expertise in PTC Windchill, PLM, and Java
• Experience in end-to-end software implementation projects
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and API development
• Experience with web technologies (JSP, JavaScript, MVC, Spring)
• Experience with PLM upgrades (preferred)
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Must be eligible to work on US Government contracts
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
