Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Project Manager with strong product and delivery experience to drive strategic initiatives across acquisition journeys and market platforms. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliance-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives supporting acquisition journeys and evolving market requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and scale solutions across platforms, channels, and markets.
  • Lead complex, compliance-driven initiatives across multiple products and platforms to strengthen controls and mitigate risks.
  • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across product, compliance, risk, engineering, and experience teams.
  • Own product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining OKRs, and recommending solutions that balance cost, value, and impact.
  • Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) aligned with strategic business goals, ensuring a balance between innovation and efficiency.
  • Prioritize and coordinate initiatives to reduce friction, decrease pend rates, and increase automation, driving incremental revenue through continuous experimentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Product Owners to ensure effective delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with leadership and product teams to define discovery outcomes and maintain a well-prioritized feature backlog.
  • Deliver outcomes across the product lifecycle, collaborating with Release Train Engineers to manage cross-team dependencies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or project management delivering customer-focused features.
  • Strong experience working in Agile environments, including exposure to data platforms and products.
  • Proven ability to contribute to product vision, strategy, and backlog prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decisions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to compliance, risk, and data governance processes is a plus.
  • Balanced understanding of technical concepts and business strategy.
