Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead (QI Lead) with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca automation and enterprise QA processes. The ideal candidate will lead test automation initiatives, optimize test frameworks, and ensure high-quality software delivery across Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Framework

• Lead Tricentis Tosca automation initiatives for enterprise applications.

• Hands-on experience with Tosca Commander, TestCase Design (TCD), Test Data Services (TDS), API Scan, Distributed Execution (DEX), and OSV virtualization.

• Integrate Tosca with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.

• Optimize test frameworks, reduce test flakiness, and lead root cause analysis (RCA) for defects.

API & Functional Testing

• Conduct API testing and validate JSON/XML payloads.

• Implement contract testing fundamentals for reliable system integration.

• Collaborate with teams to define test strategies for functional and integration testing.

Agile Delivery & Team Leadership

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release planning.

• Lead and mentor QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with delivery goals.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of total QA/Quality Engineering experience, with 4+ years in Tricentis Tosca automation.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Tosca Commander

  • TestCase Design (TCD)

  • Test Data Services (TDS)

  • API Scan

  • Distributed Execution (DEX)

  • OSV (virtualization)

• Experience integrating Tosca with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of API testing, JSON/XML validation, and contract testing fundamentals.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software release cycles.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Tricentis certifications: Automation Specialist 1 & 2, Test Design Specialist.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of SQL, data validation, and BI testing.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.

• Exposure to performance testing tools like NeoLoad.
