Product Operations & AI Enablement Lead

Role PurposeImprove the effectiveness and scalability of the Product organization by optimizing Product operations, streamlining delivery processes, and implementing AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery outcomes. This role will partner closely with Product leadership to improve how the team works by introducing standardized practices, automation, knowledge management, and practical AI capabilities that enhance productivity across the organization.Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve Product team effectiveness through process optimization and operational improvements.Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that streamline Product management activities and reduce manual effort.Develop reusable AI assistants, custom GPTs, templates, and automation solutions that support Product Managers and Product Owners.Standardize Product artifacts, including requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, executive communications, and stakeholder updates.Improve knowledge management by creating centralized, reusable documentation and playbooks that accelerate onboarding and reduce knowledge gaps.Partner with Product leadership to identify repetitive, low-value work that can be automated or simplified.Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical solutions that improve Product delivery efficiency and organizational effectiveness.Measure and report on productivity improvements and adoption of new tools and processes.Support change management through training, documentation, and coaching to encourage adoption of new ways of working.Preferred Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience in Product Operations or Product ManagementDemonstrated experience improving operational processes within Product or Technology organizations.Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to automate workflows and improve productivity.Experience developing custom GPTs, AI assistants, workflow automations, or low-code automation solutions preferred.Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills.Experience developing documentation standards, operating procedures, knowledge repositories, or reusable Product frameworks.Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.Ability to identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable operational improvements.Success Measures
