Job Title: Oracle HCM Presales Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Presales Consultant to support sales initiatives by providing functional expertise and solution leadership across Oracle HCM Cloud offerings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to drive solution positioning, conduct demonstrations, and contribute to proposal development and deal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and position Oracle HCM Cloud solutions effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and client presentations tailored to business needs
- Design end-to-end HCM solutions across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, develop proposals, and contribute to solution documentation and effort estimations
- Provide functional expertise and industry best practices aligned with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
- Support deal strategy, value proposition development, and competitive positioning
- Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and market trends
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.)
- Proven experience in presales, solution consulting, or functional consulting roles
- Expertise in solution design, product demonstrations, and proposal development
- Solid understanding of HR processes, workflows, and business transformation initiatives
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
- Experience with integrations and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Exposure to multi-country or global HCM implementations
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration strategies
