Responsibilities:
- Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models to improve business functions.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and pinpoint AI/ML application opportunities.
- Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends.
- Architect and develop scalable and efficient AI/ML systems.
- Offer technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
- Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance.
- Uphold data governance and security protocols.
- Document and present AI/ML strategies and findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML projects.
- Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence, for project management and documentation.
