The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud storage architecture, data protection, and enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Nasuni Platform Management:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and administration of Nasuni File Data Platform across global sites.
- Manage Nasuni Edge Appliances, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and data synchronization.
- Integrate Nasuni with cloud object storage (e.g., Azure Blob, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).
- Monitor and optimize Nasuni caching, snapshotting, and global file locking features.
- Design and implement scalable storage solutions that meet business continuity, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of storage infrastructure.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to align storage solutions with business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Nasuni.
- Strong understanding of file systems, NAS protocols (SMB, NFS), and Active Directory integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud storage models.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and incident response.
- Nasuni certifications or formal training.
