Senior Program Manager/ Director - Healthcare Domain

Responsibilities:- Conduct executive reviews with Senior Leadership, steering committee meetings, and status governance forums.- Act as the primary interface for executive stakeholders and customer leadership.- Own end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare programs with Global Delivery Model execution models.- Ensure delivery quality, schedule adherence, scope management, risk management, people management, and budgets.- Manage relationships with business sponsors, SMEs, technology teams, and cross-functional teams (internal & external).

Required Skills:- 17+ years of overall IT experience; 8+ years of Program/Delivery Management experience.- Strong domain experience in US Healthcare, Provider, Medicaid, MMIS, Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, or Healthcare Digital Transformation programs.- Experience in managing large transformation/modernization programs in Digital Stream.- Must be familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.- Should be familiar with digital technologies (preferably Java Spring Boot, Microservices, etc.).
