Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to support the development and maintenance of enterprise data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL development, data warehousing concepts, and database programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, administer, and support ETL processes for large-scale data warehouse environments using Informatica PowerCenter.

• Perform data analysis, requirement gathering, and data mapping for ETL workflows.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL Server, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader.

• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, including joins, unions, and views.

• Monitor and tune Informatica mappings and sessions to resolve performance bottlenecks across sources, targets, and transformations.

• Implement database programming using PL/SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and packages.

• Work with UNIX shell scripting to support ETL processes and automation tasks.

• Collaborate with data architects and business teams to support data warehouse design and deployment.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter.

• Solid SQL development skills with complex queries and data transformations.

• Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, including:

  • Dimensional Modeling

  • Star & Snowflake Schemas

  • Data Marts

  • Fact and Dimension Tables

  • Logical and Physical Data Modeling

• Experience in performance tuning of ETL processes.

• Knowledge of UNIX and shell scripting.

Preferred / Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Netezza and Yellowbrick databases.

• Prior experience in ETL design and development within large data warehouse environments.
