Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in retail store operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the development and delivery of solutions that enhance store efficiency, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between store operations teams and technology teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to store systems, workflows, and processes.
- Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements for store operations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos.
- Drive timely delivery of features and enhancements using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the retail domain, with a focus on store operations.
- Strong understanding of store workflows, POS systems, inventory handling, and customer service processes.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and wireframing tools.
