Key Skills & Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Flows (design, debugging, and structuring)
  • Hands-on coding experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce design patterns and best practices
  • Strong background in Service Cloud, with additional experience in Field Service and Experience Cloud
  • Open to candidates willing to relocate to Sunnyvale, CA
Job Description
  • Lead and deliver solutions on Service Cloud with strong hands-on development experience
  • 5+ years of extensive Salesforce platform experience, including custom development, integrations, and administration
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration and development — Flows, Apex (classes & triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
  • Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable applications
  • Strong knowledge of data migration and mapping from legacy systems into Salesforce
  • Ability to debug complex Flows and Apex code, and optimize existing solutions
  • Well-versed in applying Salesforce architectural/design patterns
  • Ability to identify system gaps and recommend design improvements
  • Experience in Salesforce Field Service implementation
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
