Client Partner / Account Growth & Delivery Manager
## Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing US technology staffing accounts.- Build trusted relationships with client hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS stakeholders.- Identify opportunities to expand into new departments, hiring teams, projects, and skill categories within assigned accounts.- Own account revenue, gross-margin, placement, and delivery targets.- Develop account plans, maintain revenue forecasts, and track opportunities through the staffing sales pipeline.- Lead client meetings, business reviews, hiring discussions, and delivery-performance reviews.- Gather and qualify staffing requirements, including technical skills, experience, rates, timelines, and hiring priorities.- Translate client needs into effective recruiting and delivery strategies.- Partner with recruiters to prioritize requisitions, improve candidate quality, and ensure timely submissions.- Monitor delivery metrics, including requisition coverage, submissions, interviews, offers, placements, time to fill, and consultant retention.- Resolve delivery challenges, client escalations, candidate issues, and consultant performance concerns.- NegotiatClient Partner / Account Growth & Delivery Manager ## e staffing rates, margins, extensions, and other commercial terms.- Support recruiters with market insights, candidate positioning, and difficult-to-fill technology requirements.- Participate in hands-on recruiting when needed for critical, senior, or specialized positions.- Ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction, service quality, and account retention.
## Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the US technology staffing industry.- Strong hands-on experience recruiting technology professionals for US-based clients.- Demonstrated experience in staffing account management, client partnerships, delivery management, or staffing sales.- Proven ability to grow existing staffing accounts and achieve revenue or gross-margin targets.- Experience managing the full staffing lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, onboarding, and consultant management.- Working knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing models.- Strong understanding of technology roles, skill sets, market rates, employment types, and US talent-market conditions.- Experience working with recruiting teams and taking ownership of staffing delivery performance.- Ability to interpret and improve delivery metrics such as submission quality, interview ratios, placement ratios, and time to fill.- Experience with ATS, CRM, and VMS platforms.- Strong client communication, relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Résumé must clearly demonstrate both US technology recruiting/delivery experience and client-facing account growth or sales responsibility.
