Adobe AEM Lead

**Job Title: Adobe AEM Lead** **Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates only)** **Position Type: Full-time/Contract** **Job Description:** - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline deployments in both local and cloud manager environments. - Skilled in creating unit tests for OSGI Services, Sling Servlets, Sling Model, Workflows, and Event Listeners. - Proficiency in building websites and services using Adobe Experience Manager platform, with preference for on-premise/Managed services and Cloud environments. - Proficiency in creating/managing AEM Editable Templates such as Page/Component policies and the AEM style system. - Experience with Tealium Tagging, Adobe Analytics, and SEO Integration on AEM Pages. - Knowledge of Page Routing and Redirects using Akamai and Adobe URL Dispatcher or Sling Mappings. --- **Job Title: Adobe Consultant – Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)** **Location: Atlanta, GA (3 Days Onsite, Local candidates only)** **Duration: 6+ months** **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support AEP implementations across enterprise environments. - Design and implement Real-Time CDP, Experience Data Model (XDM), and Data Ingestion pipelines. - Work closely with business, marketing, and engineering teams to translate into scalable AEP solutions. - Integrate AEP with Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics, Journey Optimizer, Target, and external systems. - Provide technical leadership, best practices, and solution governance. ** Skills & Experience:** - Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). - Expertise in XDM, RT-CDP, Identity Service, Segmentation, and Data Streams. - Experience working in large enterprise/retail environments preferred. - Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite 3 days per week in Atlanta. --- **Job Title: Associate – Epsilon & LiveRamp Data Platforms** **Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)** **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a strong understanding of both Epsilon and LiveRamp platforms, including their data, audience, identity, activation, and measurement capabilities. - Compare Epsilon and LiveRamp based on data availability and quality, audience segmentation capabilities, identity resolution and matching, first-party data onboarding, audience activation, measurement and analytics, integration with existing technology ecosystem, data governance, privacy, and compliance. - Work with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, customer-data strategy, marketing use cases, and technology constraints. - Translate business into platform capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions. - Participate in client discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution assessments. - Create Epsilon vs. LiveRamp capability assessments, fit-gap analyses, and recommendations. - Work with technical teams to understand data flows, integrations, APIs, data feeds, and downstream activation. - Identify opportunities where Epsilon and LiveRamp can complement each other. - Support proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives to validate platform recommendations. - Present findings and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders. - Stay current on changes to both platforms and the broader identity, audience, AdTech, and customer-data ecosystem. ** Skills:** - Strong hands-on or functional knowledge of both Epsilon and LiveRamp. - Understanding of customer data, identity, audience management, and data activation. - Ability to perform platform comparison and fit-gap analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to translate business into technology/data-platform recommendations. - Understanding of first-party, second-party, and third-party data. - Knowledge of identity resolution, audience matching, segmentation, and activation. - Working knowledge of SQL and data concepts. - Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work across business, marketing, data, and technology teams. --- **Job Title: Senior/Lead Software Engineer – AI Agents (GCP)** **Location: Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite)** **Responsibilities:** - Develop AI agents/chatbots with tool integration (APIs, databases, services). - Build using ADK (Python; Java or similar preferred). - Create multi-step agent workflows (reasoning, orchestration, context handling). - Rapidly prototype using Agent Studio / AI Studio (or equivalent). - Convert POCs to production services on GCP (Cloud Run / GKE). - Integrate with Vertex AI, BigQuery, enterprise systems. - Implement guardrails, access controls, and monitoring. - Optimize latency, cost, and reliability. ** :** - 5+ years software engineering experience. - Experience building AI/LLM applications or chatbots. - Strong Python + one additional backend language. - Hands-on GCP experience (Vertex AI preferred). - Experience with ADK or similar agent frameworks. - Experience building APIs/distributed systems. - Strong SQL (BigQuery preferred). **Preferred:** - Experience with Agent Studio / AI Studio or rapid prototyping tools. - Knowledge of RAG/vector databases. - Experience with enterprise copilots or operational AI assistants. - Knowledge of IAM/secure service integration. - Supply chain/transportation domain experience (e.g., logistics, TMS, routing, shipment visibility). --- **Job Title: AI Architect - Retail Domain** **Location: Duluth, GA (3 days Hybrid)** **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and drive the AI strategy aligned with retail Tech organization objectives. - Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for retail use cases in the tech organization (SDLC). - Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists to identify and prioritize AI opportunities. - Develop enterprise AI architecture, MLOps frameworks,
