We are looking for an aggressive US IT Recruiter, who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and recruiting talented candidates for our US clients. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented recruiter with a strong work ethic and strong commitment levels. Strong Verbal and Written communication skills are MUST HAVE for this role.

Ø Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment is MUST
Ø End to End US IT Recruitment Cycle
Ø Recruit through our in-house platform and provide feedback/input to the development team to improve features/functionality.
Ø Maintain requirements and candidate database on our in-house platform
Ø Strong recruiting, sourcing, and technical skills
Ø Reading resumes and qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), behavioral fitment, stability, suitability, etc.,
Ø Good experience in screening, conducting phone screening, providing candidate assessments
Ø Drive high-quality selection; experience with various job portals and social network sites like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Ø Excellent negotiating skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
Ø Well-versed in dealing with candidates - US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN Permit holders. With good knowledge of tax terms (W2,1099, C2C).
Ø Foster long term relationships with candidates
Ø Experience in closing contracts, contract to hire, and full-time positions with clients
Ø Work in a quick turnaround time to fulfill the requirements
Ø Exceptional networking skills and ability to source candidates through vendor partners
