Job Description:
Looking for Production Support, Application & AWS Cloud Infrastructure Support, Incident Management, Command Center, Production Stability, Observability.

Position requires candidates to have strong Administrative & Operational AWS knowledge and experience. Position will require shift- based support.
On- call 24X7 primary duties.
Experience with Ticketing systems ( ServiceNow, Jira, etc). Experience with Monitoring tools and Splunk.
Manage and triage and resolve incidents utilizing knowledge articles as well as prior knowledge
Experience with the systems. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
