**Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer** **Qualifications:** - 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience - In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow configurations (business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs), Flow Designer, application development - Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON) - BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) **Preferred:** - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Conceptual architecture knowledge - Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
