Job Role: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in Change Management, with at least 3 years in a lead or advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
Demonstrated experience leading organizational, process, or technology-driven change initiatives. - Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with enterprise transformation programs (ERP, CRM, digital transformation, etc.) is highly desirable. - Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is a plus.
